What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document repair needs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency.
• Automotive service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
